Ivory is a rich blend of late harvested Muscat Canelli and a secret blend of white grapes 40% aged in oak and 60% tank fermented. This unique combination produces great character and complexity. Ivory has a medium to heavy body and long aftertaste of grapefruit and green melon flavors.
