Messina Hof's Chenin Blanc is naturally sweet and very fruity with flavors of apple and pears. Chenin Blanc was one of the first grapes that we grew in our Messina Hof Bryan vineyard. This grape loved the Brazos Valley and produced wines with rose petal character, citrus finish, and soft delicate taste. At one time known as the poor-man's Chardonnay, Chenin Blanc has found a voice of its own.
Messina Hof's Chenin Blanc is slightly sweet and very fruity with flavors of apple and pears. It's particularly flavorful with Cajun or blackened seafood, strong-flavored cheeses and low-fat dishes.
