Many years ago we became friends with Steve and Joy Johnson, pioneers in grape growing in the Hill Country. Our Granite Hill vineyard planted in 1985 is located in Willow City, Texas, heart of the Hill Country. Steve is from Hungary and has a passion also for paprika. We learned that paprika and Cabernet Sauvignon have a natural flavor affinity.

Our Granite Hill Vineyard is a unique wine from a unique vineyard. Planted in 1985 at 2956 feet of elevation. This vineyard is located in Willow City, Texas at the highest point in Gillespie county, heart of the Texas Hill Country. This wine is smooth and silky with luscious oak and berry flavors.

It perfectly complements beef, lamb and fowl.

Serve at 65 degrees F.
